Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Dice the chicken.
In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat until hot.
Add the chicken and fry until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Chop it up until it's almost shredded.
In a large bowl, add the Philly Cream Cheese and microwave on HIGH for 10 seconds to soften.
Stir together cream cheese and Frank's RedHot until well blended.
Mix in Ranch dressing, chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread into a slightly greased, 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Lightly dab off excess oil and serve with Tostitos Scoops!
Best served with a cold bevvie and good company!
